Who we are
When To Book (whentobook.co.uk) is run by Connor Martin, a sole trader trading as When To Book, who is the data controller for this site. Questions: admin@whentobook.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Your email address and the resort you’re interested in - only if you sign up for price emails. We use them to send the weekly price watch and alerts you asked for. Kit tells us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can tell what’s useful. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
Analytics - only if you say yes on the cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are visited, roughly where from (country or city), device type and how people arrived. We use it to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent. If you say no, no analytics cookies are set.
Your cookie choice - stored in your browser’s local storage (wtb-consent) so we don’t ask again. It never leaves your device.
We don’t store your personal data on our own servers. We never sell or rent it.

Who processes data for us
- Kit (kit.com) stores subscriber emails and sends our emails. Kit privacy policy.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) hosts this website. Like any web host it briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google Analytics processes usage data if you accept analytics cookies, with advertising features switched off. Google privacy policy.
These providers may process data outside the UK under their own legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
Email addresses: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days on request. Analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to how we use it. Email admin@whentobook.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top.
